relived our days at bugis today. finally tried cheese fries at good ol' billy bombers! hahaha seems like we always end up eating there when we can't think of where to eat. and the three of us... all hungry gluttons, devoured two spring chickens like nobody's business. haha the leftovers looked pretty gross though..looks like girls DO eat like guys after all! =) oh yea, can we go surf & turf next time instead of billys again? haha, heard it's real good food there. i wanna try all the seafood! hehs..oh no but xl you can't eat them. but as you said, i can eat the 'surf' and you'll eat the 'turf'. haha :D
dinner was at sakae sushi...i was so full from our lunch i didn't eat much. had only 3 plates,im quite proud of myself haha. but the sushi belt was tempting me though...everytime i see the octopus and the potato balls and the jelly and the peas in a pod i get tempted. but in the end i only had fried tofu (which i only recently developed a liking for), fried maki (is tt what it's called?hehe) and VEGGIE TEMPURA which is so so very yummy and nice! haha ;) im so gonna get that again next time we go sakae. its like fried cucumber and brinjal and onions and carrots...i've never liked brinjal and onions but somehow, the japanese made them taste so good.
oh and i'm so proud of you weiting! hope you'll follow your heart in the end and decide what's best for you! hope you can somehow persuade them to get you into upenn too. hehe. aiks so sad everyone's going everywhere :( i've been missing the whole rgs bunch a lot lately..lilian(hey girl when will you be back from the states?), shimmie, serene, hui chong, manu, erica, geri, christine and a whole lot other pple whom i haven't met up in ages cos of work committments. i miss the rgs schooldays a lot. it was so much fun then when we used to laugh, talk and joke about everything under the sun. i guess it's just the thought of everyone going different unis that's making me feel nostalgic.
