SRT's The Dresser: Showing at DBS Arts Centre until 22 July

Admittedly, the play had not much plot, but the superb acting by Adrian Pang and the rest of the cast, plus the witty script, made the show really entertaining...Think Adrian Pang's really one of the best actors in the Singapore arts scene. The Dresser actually converted 2 fans in xiu and wan. Before, they were quite unemotional to my saying that "Adrian Pang is starring...That's a good enough reason to watch the play!", but now they think he's darn good too. Yay!! :) I feel it's a pity that he's limited by the scripts on tv though. So most people who tune in to mainstream media have no idea about how good he really is...

Oh, and it was really great to meet up with Vaish! Can't believe she's headed for berkley in 20 days. That makes this outing one of the last times I will see her before she goes off. :( Went for dinner at Cafe Iguana along Clarke Quay, which is this restaurant that serves Mexican food...which was great! Somehow Vaish's Taco Salad turned out looking bigger than my Grilled Chicken Chimichanga, and mine cost twice as much! Haha no fair. It was nice catching up with her though, learning about how the other humanities ppl like Jen and Rui Min are going, talking about who we are still keep in contact with, and who's going where etc. Hmmm apparantly half the world is going LSE, so if I HAD indeed decided to go overseas, then there'll be plenty of people I know there...:P
