Was actually awake enough this morning to go catch a movie with sok and eng shing, but got barred from going cos my mum said I had already been out the whole of yesterday. :( Laughed my head off when i heard that they eventually ended up watching The Lake House though. (Cos apparantly Dragon Tiger Gate and Tokyo Drift both didn't have 2pm+ timings for them to make it in time to meet weiting and me at 4pm.) Haha, the both of them were all, "2 guys watching a romance show like Lake House...ji gay!!" :P Oh, and thankfully we managed to get a lift from shi hui after getting all the food. Was telling sok how it's a darn weird feeling that it's the girls who are driving the guys around, cos in law fac, it's always the guys driving us gals around in their cars...:P

Anyway, my initial plan to surprise all the ppl going overseas with farewell cards kind of fell flat, despite me painstakingly sending out seperate messages for them to come at 6pm (while the rest of us are to meet up at 5.15pm). Hmmm...but guess word must have gotten around that the rest of the class are meeting at 5+, cos the 6pm ppl all started calling me up/smsing me at 5.30, telling me that they're almost there...and even though we tried all sorts of stalling tactics, including giving directions to the bus stop further away from shi hui's house so that they've to walk further, the latest amongst them arrived at 6 sharp! Darn.

Realised that bbq is really hard work though. Silly really...it's not like this is the first bbq outing i've planned...but seems like i didn't learn my lesson from the last time. :P Luckily the guys volunteered to take over the cooking from the girls in the end (after a REALLY long time though). But not bad i guess...last time they didn't even care to offer their services at all. :p Haha, but i think my parents really have darn good timing...Just as we were about to start playing "traffic light", (something like 'i've never') they came to pick me up. AGAIN, just like yesterday!! Haha man, i'm not fated to play these games...;)
