The Colosseum the giant amphitheatre used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles...its so HUGE! we saw the metal cages which contained the wild beasts used in such contests. though most of the structure is already eroded and ruined due to earthquakes and stone-robbers, it still remains largely magnificient :)
rome is very pretty for all its majestic buildings and structures! really loved the sistine chapel at vatican city in particular :):) basically we walked EVERYWHERE in rome till our feet were sore and legs aching and tiredddd. moremore on florence and venice!
