Frustration...i'll never look at that word in the same way again...

Well, it is official. Kena-ed Chris Kang as opposing counsel for moots. In a way, i suppose it's exciting to have such a strong opponent, since he's the strongest common law person in his class...but then again, it also makes moots more problematic and worrisome. Oh, and obviously, PY's up against Jo Joy as her stat counter-part, and she's been whining about disowning me as her moots partner ever since. Haha heyyy...it's not like i OPTED for us to be paired up against them! Hmph. :P

Spent the whole afternoon today discussing with bern and poking holes at my own argument in anticipation of what i'll be dealing with in my 15min of torture next fri...and the problem is...I'm brillant at hitting down my own arguments with questions and doubts...but i can't seem to fathom how to come up with a convincing counter-argument to the potential loopholes i have! Haha bad. I need to stay more pro-Moonbeam.
