i'm coming back to the heart of worship

Luke 17:6
He replied, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea,' and it will obey you.

i was reading through my devotional notes for the past year, and i realised how much i've written unknowingly. i particularly like the verses and insights on faith, because you will always learn something new from it. you can never fully grasp the entirety of faith in one sitting, because its revelations are simply multi-fold. faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. faith is not just about believing, it's about believing in miracles. more importantly, it is about seeing what you believe in and acting upon it. no one ever said that having faith grants you the licence to sit there and watch miracles unfold before your very own eyes, because it ain't gonna happen that way. and that is what God means when He tells you and i to 'seed our faith', watch it grow and move mountains.
