Sat: end-of-lawr celebration party!

Had a combined lawr party with tgs 12, 13 and 14 at The Wine Company. One round of free drinks on the tutors! :D Haha, i almost forgot that you cannot mix your alcohol, and was happily trying a sip of everyone else's drinks whenever people offered me. Thankfully i didn't drink too much of each...or i would seriously have conked out. Already i was wondering why drinking so little alcohol actually had an effect on me. (i started feeling a little tired. :P)

TG11 peeps! And poor karen (our tutor) broke her leg when she fell down some stairs in school on fri. Ouch.

Chris and jojoy, our formidable moots opponents (or, in chris' words, our learned friends :P) with py and me.

Oh, nik DID get drunk though! He was all incoherent and sprouting nonsensical phrases...to everyone else's amusement. Blame it on his mix of red wine with sherry brandy (or so i heard.) He was all.

Nik: (to me) Hey...pei ling...i like your earrings.

Me: oh thanks...but erm...you DO know i'm XIN ling, not PEI ling, right?

Nik: ...huh...oh...ya. -stares at me blankly-

After drinks, went with bern, xj, junyi, junrong, nik, eugene and jolin to Chong Qing Huo Guo along Beach Road for yummy buffet steamboat! It was supposed to be a combined tg 11-12 lawr dinner, but turned out to be more of a contract tg outing instead, since everyone there (except for eugene) is from contract tg10. :p Conversation was darn hilarious...esp since nik STILL hadn't fully sobered up.

Nik: (to bern) heyyy you know i almost mistook that waitress -points to a waitress- for you?

Bern: oh, cos they're wearing red polo tees too? Haha ok, i so get that. But they have a yellow collar, and i don't!

Nik: but yellow is like the colour of our skin, so it's like it is not there...

Bern: (to junyi, who was wearing yellow) hahaha that means junyi is not wearing any clothes!

Junrong, who was sitting next to Junyi: -covers his eyes and pretends to look in shock- AHH Junyi! Why are you not wearing anything?!!

Sun:

Finally got my hair cut...Not that i've done anything drastic to my hairstyle. It is just back to its usual length (slightly below the shoulder. :P) The hairstylist was quite amusing though.

Hairstylist: you did a soft rebonding a few months ago is it? Do you want to do it again?

Me: eh? Oh no...my hair's naturally like that.

Hairstylist: Oh. Do you want to do a soft rebond? You know...so you can look shy.

Me: -thinks to self- (look...shy?!!) Haha err no it's ok...i think i'll just cut my hair. Thanks.
