Apparantly we can check results at the same time as everyone else even though we don't do the NUS survey! Haha, so somewhat without mental preparation, logged in to the NUS student portal...took a deep breath...and.....PHEW. Well, I can't say I have the best results in the world, but quoting what lionel says, "at least we didn't get any Cs". :D And going by how much i hated some of those modules, my results are something to be thankful for as they are. :P

Anyway, went for pirates 3 with lilian and weiting at bugis, which unfortunately turned out to be rather disappointing. Yes, there was action (loads of it in fact), there was fighting (a lot of those too), and of course there's johnny depp reprising his role as the unforgettable jack sparrow, but the plot just fell short of expectations. It's like trying to achieve too much, but ending up getting too little. Haha, but as Life! reported, it's still worth giving this movie a shot if you have already seen pirates 1 and 2, since this is the final instalment of a trilogy after all! :P

P.s. To lilian and weiting: Ironically I bought a skirt and a top at Parkway Parade after I parted with you both, cos went on a mini shopping spree whilst waiting for my parents to finish their dinner! Haha bleah...how come my resistance is LOWER when there's no one there trying to induce me to buy stuff?? :P
