i'm typing this in the staff room now..because this is my super free day! only one lesson to go for the entire day...and for the rest of the time, i can foresee myself watching re-runs of prison break(what's new.), making frequent and unnecessary trips to the canteen, small talks with my old teachers(who seem to remember me.gasp) and checking out what's new in school.oh yes, and the little stroll to the popular bookshop.. where i have added another coloured marker to my collection :) beams. you know those with double ends.. yeahh THOSE. coloured markers remind me of school - girls love their stationery hahaha... guys (i.e. my bro) always think we are obsessed with 'trivial things' but... WHO CARES. haha coloured markers make us happy.
hooray. i'm done with marking. well sorta..im kinda lazy with my marking sometimes. i can't stand untidy handwriting. well, if my student has gross handwriting but gets everything correct, then it's still alright. but when u see an illegible doodle of numbers that make no sense whatsoever, and the answers are wrong.. u just can't seem to bother pinpointing or figuring out why it is wrong.. that's why i'm deriving sadistic pleasure from giving them big fatttt crosses on their assignments. muahaha
ok..aside from school, what ive been up to - pretty much nothing. tues - out with manling & lawrence.. our trio decided on a little food expedition around spore haha. except that we only managed orchard and chinatown in the end. :) we ate for almost 3 hrs plus non-stop (!!) amazing.. maxwell has got very nice chicken rice. and carrot cake.. i should try the healthier version next time aka 'white' one.. i was so full at the end of it i went home and felt like a big fat dumpling. before long, the big fat dumpling was lying on bed..snoozing. hahaha.
wed- thomson csc qualifiers.nothing muchhhh..saw chongwai again so went for a hit with him. yck gym reeks of male testosterone by the way..hahaha eeeee. small talk here and there.. went to angmokio for supper.we had a feast, and as usual me susan and jerryca didn't have to fork out a single cent cos the uncles and aunties paid for everything. i must say the food was really awesome - chilli kangkong, omelette with stuffing, pork ribs, fried chicken wings, some glutinous rice balls thingie.. mmmhh i went home and collapsed yet on another very full stomach. i need to watch what im eating.
thurs - bummed ard after school with tj, at home. (happy 5th!) then out for a mini celebration dinner at ding tai feng where i got to eat my favourite fried rice with shrimps and egg! Yuummmm. followed by our usual dose of uncle ice-cream. hahaha there are so many uncle ice cream stalls popping out all over orchard road they're countless.
today is a rainy day. what happened to me sleeping on a rainy day on a holiday. hmmm..
im stuck in the staff room waiting for upper sec assembly to start.i hope it is interesting today... not some boring talk that will surely put me to sleep. how embarrassing to catch a teacher sleeping.. haha let's hope i'm not the first :)
