And Dinner was at Suntec NUSS with Wan and Pearl and Max's families. Check out my 'horns' in our candid shot. :P
Some of the yummy food we had, which included appetisers, soup, steak/duck/fish for main course, and apricot tart with ice cream. Also, had a very unique and delicious avocado cake flown in by sai gu ze all the way from the philippines to end off our sumptuous meal. :P
11 Aug - with the law peepsHad dinner with the law people at swensen's (marina). Amazingly, unlike most law events/birthday celebrations, there was actually no alcohol. :P Even vincent was saying my birthday celebrations were rather tame...but well...i say it's a good thing that i start my birthday actually aware of what's happening around me. :P

They got me a swensen's ice-cream cake, and sung the birthday song considerably louder than the group who was celebrating someone else's birthday a few tables away earlier on, and who they said were singing too softly. :P
And that's all of us! (and as usual, eugene's face STILL looks sian...:P)
And then, to hone all our singing skills, we went (minus desmond, who unfortunately had 9am classes the next day and couldn't stay to join us) for kbox! Haha, of course, that was also because eugene and the rest were determined for me to start my 21st with a bang by exceeding my usual curfew time, and cos our initial movie plans didn't work out as there was nothing to watch. :P There was another mini birthday surprise when they paused the kbox machine at 12 midnight sharp to sing the birthday song for me once again, this time in english AND chinese (because you must sing chinese songs at kbox. :P) AND canto (well, ok, only eugene and vincent knew this version, but they gamely tried singing the parts they knew, humming along for the rest that they didn't. :P)
Dad treated mum and I to The Line buffet lunch at Shangri-La! YUM! What kind I say, their international buffet is just SUPERB. Especially love this terriyaki beef dish, which i enjoyed so much that i went for second helpings. :P Their desserts (including chocolate eclair, creme brulee, macaron, tiramisu and chocolate mousse) were also delicious! Couldn't help feeling a little happy that their tiramisu tasted almost identical to the one i have made before though. Muahaha i can make Shangri-La standard tiramisu! :P
Had dinner with curly, lilian, weiting, geri, shi hui and dory at Shokudo! We ordered SO MUCH food, it's like jap buffet galore! Just check out the stuff that we all chowed down. And that was in addition to the gelare ice-cream waffle that weiting, lilian, shi hui and i had just an hour before this. But their jap food's just AMAZING though!

The cake they got me was a chocolate cake from Canele, which is apparently all the rage now, and i can see why, because it's just so good! I was rather reluctant to eat my white chocolate birthday words, but it's all gone now, after it was decided that i'd split it with everyone. Think i ended up eating the 'Xin' part of it. :P

And when i got back home, there was another cake waiting for me! And of course, another photo-whoring session. :P Although my parents refused to join me in the pictures because according to them, they were rather unglamly dressed. :pYep...all in all...it was an amazing 21st! Once again, thanks to all of you for making my day! A million thanks can't express how glad I am that all of you are a part of my life!! :D:D

The start of the old supreme court tour, where we were brought to the holding area for the accused/prisoners during the trial period, including a visit to the prisoner cells.
